Partnering with business and technical teams to design and build features and solutions specific to marketplace needs
Create weekly performance detailed reports.
Owning the Partner experience, end-to-end and activate idle partners thru call and other communication channels.
Constantly analyzing the daily operation processes and work with Acquisition, onboarding, activation and retention functions to improve them.
Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management - Engage with a number of functions across the business - policy, communications, product, marketing, legal and customer support and, in some cases, manage external stakeholders.
Problem Solving - Solve business challenges by identifying the root cause and implementing effective solutions.
1-2 years of experience with a blend of technical, business roles.
Bachelor’s degree in economics, supply chain, or business with relevant work experience.
Experience and background in operational startups, marketplaces business, product and teams management, and e-commerce.
Experience with Tableau, Google Data Studio, and automation software as Zapier
Data analysis skills and ability to analyze data and generate useful insights.
Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; strong bias for action.
Written and verbal communication skills, with a successful track record of presenting to senior level management in both English and Arabic.
Ability to partner across multiple functional areas and geographic locations.
