Responsibilities

Open new customer accounts and bring leads.

Promote the company products to generate sales and achieve sales targets.

Assure customer satisfaction in all aspects, address customers' queries about products, prices, availability, product uses, and services in a knowledgeable manner.

Maintain customer relationships to build strong brand loyalty.

Draft and finalize proposals.

Close deals with customers.

Advice customers on product ranges best suited to their needs.

To follow the new market trends and competitors’ activities.

Prepare forecasts and analyse the sales and report to management on a regular basis.

Recommending actions to improve sales activities.

Requirements

Experience:

1-2 years of experience in Sales.

Bachelor’s degree in business or similar.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English

Tech skills:

Knowledge of using Microsoft office and CRMs

Soft skills:

Ability to plan and prioritize effectively

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English

Ability to analyze market data

Ability to market and promote new products
