Help & train sellers to develop on the platform, by adding more Selection, expanding categories, and improving sales.
Provide partners with educational materials and meetings on how they can increase their revenue on Suplift marketplace.
Create weekly performance detailed reports.
Owning the Partner experience, end-to-end and activate idle partners thru call and other communication channels.
To benchmark competitors – online/offline and fill supply gap at competitive prices.
Plan and Manage partners promotions in collaboration with marketing team.
Constantly analyzing the daily operation processes and work with Acquisition, onboarding, activation and retention functions to improve them.
1-2 years Experience in B2B account management in eCommerce, consumer internet, technology, consulting, telecom, or retail industries.
Bachelor’s degree in economics, supply chain, or business with relevant work experience.
Experience and background in operational startups, marketplaces business, product and teams management, and e-commerce.
Analytical and data-driven with good knowledge of MS excel.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Must be flexible to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently across functional groups and on multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; strong bias for action.
Written and verbal communication skills, with a successful track record of presenting to senior level management in both English and Arabic.
Ability to partner across multiple functional areas and geographic locations.
