A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years UI/UX design experience for digital products or services.
A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
An expert-level knowledge of wireframing and prototyping tools like Adobe XD / Figma or similar design software.
Has good knowledge of data and user behavior analytics like hotjar or similar platforms.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently across functional groups and on multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Must be flexible to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Strong attention to detail.
